Herkomst is a new and state-of-the-art restaurant, surrounded by beautiful Copenhagen canals. For lunch we will have modern smørrebrød in new interpretations and the evening menu bears the stamp of authenticity, fine dining, with the best ingredients, as far as possible from local suppliers.

The atmosphere in the house must be relaxed, with high ceilings, everyone can be heard. We care a lot about well-being, as we want all our employees to take “ownership” of the beautiful old warehouse. We want a house where the employees are proud to tell where they work.
