Herkomst is both a lunch and dinner restaurant. The food reflects our Danish roots, where we primarily follow the seasons and make everything from scratch. We use local ingredients offered by skilled suppliers from all regions of the country. However, we are not afraid to seek inspiration beyond Denmark’s borders as well.
